Rasmus is the oldest brokerage specializing in Real Estate Owned properties in Georgia.  Since our inception, we have handled the dispositions of tens of thousands of properties nationwide.  Dispositions remain a core tenant of our business and we have the depth of experience needed to handle non-performing assets, work with occupants, and preserve properties.
